Euroseal is pleased to announce the launch of its new range of extruded products aimed directly at the commercial vehicle trailer industry.

A comprehensive range of PVC pelmets for curtain sided vehicles is now available. Euroseal’s extensive knowledge in the design and manufacture of extrusions coupled with the use of virgin materials ensures a premium quality product. Standard colours include black and white however product can be specifically colour-matched to suit the vehicle livery.

To expand our market share of these products we can offer free of charge extrusion tooling subject to volumes. Euroseal’s fast change tool design facilitates rapid delivery as well as a quick turn round of new profiles should these be required to match individual designs and systems.

In addition to the Euroseal Pelmet portfolio, a new range of co-extruded commercial vehicle door seals are also available; Standard sizes include 17mm, 19mm, and 21mm seals.

Euroseal have teamed up with some of the industries leading coach-builders and automotive suppliers with a view to assisting the industry in reducing its carbon-footprint and increasing efficiencies by converting non load-bearing aluminium profiles to thermoplastic profiles, which are much lighter and much less expensive.
