Flexible Extrusions

Euroseal is a specialist in the manufacture of corded PVC & TPE gaskets and seals. Using the co-extrusion technique, an anti stretch Polypropylene cord is incorporated into the seal thus eliminating the possibility of stretching during the fitting of the gasket and as a result no shrinkage occurs after fitting.

Gaskets can be packaged in our unique plastic tub system. This system keeps the gasket tangle free, clean, and retains the silicone coating applied during manufacture. In addition, the tub system allows for product to be stacked therefore reducing warehouse space and transport costs. Gaskets are also available in cut lengths to 3.8m as well as on cardboard spools.

Euroseal can offer an unrivalled service of full project management including tool specification and design, material selection, and product function depending on end use.

Only premium quality raw materials are used to manufacture seals and gaskets on our 6 flexible extrusion lines. This allows Euroseal to meet the demanding requirements in all markets particularly where product can be subjected to a wide temperature range. Materials used are fully recyclable.
