Hygienic PVC Wall and Ceiling Cladding
Euroseal have launched one of the most comprehensive Hygienic Cladding systems available in the market today for Ceilings and Walls. The system consists of a variety of Hygienic Ceiling Planks and cloaking trims along with a suite of profiles to accommodate the fixing of Hygienic PVC sheet to the wall.
The suite has been designed in conjunction with some of the UK’s leading Contract Managers, Installers, and stockists of Hygienic Wall and Ceiling Cladding. The system and all of its derivatives is now available and will be stocked by Euroseal and their appointed stockists and distributors.
The Ceiling Cladding, and its associated trims, as well as the Sheet profiles have all been colour-matched to 2 Hygienic PVC sheet whites providing a Standard White and a Brilliant White. The Sheet profiles will also be available in 4 Pastel colours – Grey, Cream, Blue, and Green providing the most comprehensive range of colour-matched Hygienic Ceiling Cladding and Sheet profiles on the market today.
Besides being available in a variety of colours the complete suite of product will also be available in an Anti-Microbial material, which will be certificated in relation to its ability to counter E. coli and MRSA (certificate available on request – stockists only). The Anti-Microbial element is not just a surface coating but is prevalent throughout the whole of the profile so its ability to eradicate the likes of E. coli and MRSA can’t be washed off, or scratched off – it is permanent.
Hygienic Ceiling Cladding
The Ceiling Cladding is a 250mm wide flush-fit PVC plank with a concealed fixing available in 3m, 4m, 5m, and 6m lengths. This interlocking plank system has been specifically designed for Ceilings with each plank interlocking into the previous one hiding all fixings forming a solid, rigid, flush Hygienic, easy-to-clean surface. Each plank has a protective film applied to its showing face for protection whilst in transit and whilst being installed. There are a range of profiles to accommodate the fixing of the plank;

The product is packed 5 lengths to a pack and is supplied in polythene sleeving for protection. The plank is Fire Rated to BS476 Part 7 providing it with a Class 1 Fire Rating (Certificate available on request – stockists only). There are 2 versions of the plank, a;
Lightweight plank - 0.55/0.6mm wall thickness available in Standard White material only.
Premium plank - 0.8mm wall thickness available in both Standard White and Brilliant White as well as Anti-Microbial material (Standard White only).
Hygienic Wall Cladding Profiles
The profiles detailed below are available in both 8' and 10' lengths and are available in Standard and Brilliant White, Pastel Shades (Green, Blue, Cream, and Grey) as well as the Anti-Microbial material. All profiles have been designed to accommodate 2mm, 2.5mm, and 3mm sheet. All profiles have a protective film covering the showing face for protection whilst in transit and whilst being installed.

The suite has been designed with the installer and customer in mind to provide a system that has a number of options of installation (1-part and 2-part profiles) available as well as looking aesthetically pleasing once installed. The profiles are neat and unobtrusive to look at with some of the profiles incorporating a self-sealing system of flexible PVC pads and flippers.
The new 2-part profiles provide the ease and speed of installation for the installer as the sheet and base profile can be fitted to the wall first and then the top capping trims can be fitted afterwards providing a simple, neat, and quick method of finishing the installation.
