I would like to introduce Euroseal Limited, one of the UK’s premier extruders of TPE and PVC seals and profiles.

Established since 1993, Euroseal has grown year on year and currently operates 12 extrusion lines located in its 20000 sq ft factory in Birmingham, UK. The company has a full quality system and is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 Cert. No. FM71756.

Euroseal is a specialist in the manufacture of corded TPE Gaskets and Seals. Using the co-extrusion technique, an anti stretch Polypropylene cord is incorporated into the seal. This eliminates the possibility of stretching during fitting of the gasket and as a result no shrinkage occurs after fitting.

All gaskets and seals are packaged in our unique plastic tub system. This system keeps the gasket tangle free, clean and retains the silicone coating applied during manufacture.
In addition the tub system allows for product to be stacked therefore reducing warehouse space.

Euroseal can offer an unrivalled service of full project management including tool specification and design, material selection and product function depending on end use.

Only premium quality raw materials are used to manufacture seals and gaskets. This allows Euroseal to meet the demanding requirements in all markets particularly where product can be subjected to a wide temperature range. Materials used are fully recyclable.
