Euroseal, since its inception, has been investing in high-quality, reliable, extrusion equipment enabling it to offer the very best in quality, service, and consistency.

Euroseal have 12 extruders (6 flexible and 6 rigid lines) enabling it to produce product from 10g a metre to 6Kg’s a metre in weight. Their extrusion output ranges from 15Kg’s per hour to 360Kg’s per hour enabling even the largest profiles to be extruded at a competitive rate.

Euroseal also have the ability to;

• Emboss
• Co-extrude different materials/hardnesses
• Ink-jet print (date traceable)
• Apply labels and protective film
• Extrude aluminium, cord, and fibre-optic into a profile
• Punch and Mitre
• Spool flexible gaskets onto Coils or into Tubs

To compliment our range of extruders we have a comprehensive tool room to enable us to tune, prepare, service, and repair existing and new tools. We also sub-contract new tooling to a range of proven UK and European toolmakers.

Allied to our extrusion capability we also have relationships with selected Injection-Moulding companies allowing us to offer a complete service should our customers wish to launch a product range incorporating both extrusions and mouldings.

Our in-house Technical and R&D staff, along with the use of specialist CAD software, will enable you to put your thoughts and ideas onto paper and into practice. We are here to make life simpler.
