Rigid PVC Extrusion

To enable us to meet your requirements we have invested in a range of quality extrusion equipment enabling us to extrude profile from 10g per metre to 6Kg’s per metre in weight and from 0.7mm thick to 10mm thick.

The diversity of extrusion equipment also enables us to produce profile in a variety of thermoplastics; rigid and flexible PVC, Polycarbonate, HDPE, Polystyrene, Polypropylene, ABS, TPE, TPR etc.

EUROSEAL OFFERS ALL TYPES OF IN LINE APPLICATIONS.

In line applications include; co-extrusion (flexible to rigid), tape application, embossing, ink-jet printing, labelling, application of films, automated coiling and collation as well as the insertion of anti-stretch materials.
